Shipping Policy

At the moment, we deliver all over Egypt.

Orders placed over 600 EGP are delivered free of shipping charges, while shipping charges for orders placed below 600 EGP are fully paid by customers.

Standard shipping time: 3-5 working days to all cities.

Knowing that shipping time starts once your order is processed and shipped from our warehouse.

In case of wrong address or data, the order will automatically return to our storage.

Return Policy

Review your order once you receive it. If the products that you’ve received are damaged or faulty, or do not match the order you have placed, please ensure you return them to us on the spot. Unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange after you receive it or if the pack is opened/used.
